FINAL TASK!!

FINAL TASK!!

As well as quarantine and this course is coming to the  end, and that means that The end of the  blog is coming! And with  it, the final task.  

For this final task I worked together with Laura and Noemi. We have prepared a video, with recommendations and tips for a good running. The video is divided into three parts, a warm-up, how running and one last part abou stretching.

And with thise video I concluded the blog!!! I hope you like the blog!!!
